Ze promoveerde aan de KU Leuven op de interpretatie van Genesis 24 in de midrasj, later uitgegeven als: Bible and Midrash. The Story of ‘The Wooing of Rebekah’ (Gen. 24), Peeters, Leuven 2004. Daarnaast is zij de auteur van Aggadat Bereshit. Translated from the Hebrew with an Introduction and Notes, Brill, Leiden 2001; The Meshalim in the Mekhiltot.
